What should we bring if we are in a accommodation?
It depends a little on the customs of each one, but we recommend that you put in your suitcase:
- towels (if you do not want to take it, you can rent it in the campsite, but there is necessary a previous reservation, since we have a limited stock).
- tablecloths and kitchen towels
- If you like coffee, ground coffee, for the Italian coffee pot in the accommodation, or Dolce Gusto capsules, if you want to use the coffee maker on the porch.
- toilet paper. In the welcome kit you will find a roll, but you will probably need some more, depending on the length of your stay, or the number of people.
- In the Chalet Gran Montori, if you want to use the dishwasher, you will need a dishwasher pad.
At what time can we arrive?
In mid and high season: you can arrive from 16:00 to 20:00.
We ask that this timetable be respected, since outside these hours, it is likely that you will not be able to enter the campsite.
In Low Season or Bridges outside the summer, ask us.
When do we have to leave the campsite?
In mid and high season: at 10:00 in the morning.
In Low Season or Bridges outside the summer, ask us, but it can usually be in the afternoon, if there are no reservations for the same night.
Can we pay by credit card?
If. Upon arrival, we will ask for the second payment, which can be done through a bank card or in cash.
It could be that large bills are not accepted.
Is there an animation or children's workshop?
We are a very small camping, and we do not have it.
It is likely that if you coincides with families with children of the same age as yours, they will have a good time!
In any case, any proposal will be well received.
How many cars can we enter?
All the accommodations or plots include the entrance of one vehicle, except the Xalet Gran Montori, which includes 2.
Depending on the availability of the space, you can enter one extra, at an additional cost.
Is there a bar or restaurant?
No. There is no bar or restaurant.
If you want to make a coffee, just to get there, you can buy a coffee, coffee milk or chocolate capsule at the reception. Or carry your capsules.
In the village of Ultramort you have the Restaurant Terra Cato, which also open as a bar.
In Parlavà, you have the Forn Marull, which is Bar – Bakery – Grocer’s store, open 7/7, from 7 in the morning at 9 in the evening.
If there was a lot of demand, we could talk to a Foodtruck, so that it would come some day to a week.
Is there a supermarket?
No. We do not have a supermarket, but in the village of Parlavà, just 1km away, there is a Bakery – shop – bar, open 7/7, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and in summer until 21:30.
At Verges, 2 km away, you have two stores-supermarket, and butcher shop.
And at La Bisbal d’Empordà, 8 km away, or Torroella de Montgrí (10km), you have supermarkets such as Bonpreu, Mercadona, Condis, La Sirena, etc. and butchers, fish shops, fruit shops, etc.
At the Campsite you will find information on the weekly markets.
Can we make a barbecue?
You can use our gas barbecues with volcanic stone on the community porch.
You do not need to bring your charcoal barbecue, because it is prohibited to use them at Camping Rural Montori.
Due to the small size of camping facilities, visits are NOT allowed.
Anyway, if you are staying in a accommodation that is not fully occupied, talk with us. For security reasons, everyone must be registered, even if they do not stay overnight.
Do you accept dogs or pets?
In the pitches we accept a dog by plot.
In the lodgings, we have one Chalet Gran Montori and one Chalet Montori that we accept them. With the exception of these accommodations, the others do NOT accept pets.
In either case, you must have previously notified that you come with a pet, there is an additional cost, and you must respect the conditions established in the Booking Conditions, in reference to pets.
Dogs ALWAYS attached.
How far is the nearest beach?
The beach of l’Estartit is the closest one, and it is about 15 minutes by car from the campsite.
But at 20 minutes, you can find the ones of L’Escala, Sant Martí d’Empúries, or to the other direction, the beaches of Pals or Begur.
Times depend on the traffic, because it is known that in August in the Empordà there is a little more people than the rest of the year, 😉
